Hse Manager
MM EnergyMM Energy is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team MME is currently seeking an HSE Manager with strong field and office experience to join our team. Based in Sherwood Park and serving the Edmonton & surrounding areas, this leadership role is critical in shaping and maintaining the safety culture across all levels of the organization.

- *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide HSE programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions as required.
- Support and coach field staff and supervisors on safe work practices and procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and support corrective/preventive action plans.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and statistical data to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate HSE orientations, training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
- Act as the company representative for client and regulatory HSE-related communications.
- Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and support alignment with MME safety standards.
- *EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience in an HSE leadership role, ideally in the industrial construction or energy sector.
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- CRSP, CHSC, or NCSO designation considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation, industry best practices, and COR requirements.
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence teams to prioritize safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- First Aid (Level C CPR/AED)
- CSTS 2020
- Fall Protection & EWP certifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, clean 3-year driver's abstract
- Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol pre-employment test
