Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly motivated Loss Prevention & Safety Manager to oversee safety, security, and risk management operations across the Central & Eastern Region. This role is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and requires strong expertise in OSHA compliance, CTPAT regulations, transportation risk management, and loss prevention strategies.

The ideal candidate will lead theft-prevention initiatives, ensure operational safety, and coordinate rapid incident response while collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Loss Prevention & Security Operations

  • Lead and manage loss prevention activities across designated regions.
  • Design, implement, and oversee theft-prevention strategies for high‑risk environments.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance checks—including third‑party partners (e.g., Allied, subcontractors).
  • Monitor Overhaul Alerts and ensure 100% follow-up action and documentation.
  • Investigate security breaches, theft cases, and suspicious activity; develop mitigation plans.

Incident Response & Recovery

  • Serve as the first responder during critical incidents (“Golden Time Response”).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, sub‑carriers, law enforcement, and OH as needed.
  • Lead post-incident recovery, including investigation, restitution, follow-up, and documentation.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain consistent communication with internal departments and external partners (OH, Broker, Sub‑carrier, LGE, Pantos HQ, etc.).
  • Facilitate daily/weekly check-ins to ensure ongoing system and process effectiveness.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly incident, audit, and safety reports in English.
  • Maintain detailed logs for loss prevention actions, safety activities, and recovery progress.
  • Submit police reports and required regulatory documents as needed.

Warehouse related work support

  • If manager give the warehouse related task, this position will need to follow up regardless of works.

Daily Activities Overview

  • Designing and Executing Theft Prevention Measures

Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of high-risk areas, implement preventive strategies, and ensure frontline teams are aligned with safety protocols.

  • Golden Time Response Management

Act as the first responder to incidents, ensuring immediate action is taken within the critical recovery window. Coordinate with relevant teams to secure assets and initiate recovery procedures.

  • Collaborative System Operation

Maintain active communication and coordination with internal departments, external partners, and law enforcement agencies. Facilitate daily or weekly check-ins to ensure system effectiveness.

  • Post-Incident Recovery and Follow-Up

Lead ongoing recovery efforts including investigation, restitution tracking, and support for affected teams. Ensure all actions are documented and progress is monitored.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit daily/weekly incident reports in English. Maintain accurate logs of safety activities, recovery status, and collaborative actions for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proactive, responsible, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Expertise in safety and security fields
  • Proactive communication skills
  • Computer skills, including MS Office

Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, And On call duty on Sunday.

(Thursday Off), 2nd shift.
