Experienced Health and Safety Manager for Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve health & safety programs and practices
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety standards
• Conduct workplace inspections and assessments
• Oversee incident investigations and WCB claims
• Provide safety training and manage new employee orientation

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing
• Health & Safety certification preferred; COR Auditor is a plus
• Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and requirements
• Effective communication and leadership skills
