Director of Safety, Torrance, CA, Up to $200k + incentives

Are you a safety leader with a track record of transforming organizational culture? We are seeking a Director of Occupational Safety (OS) to lead the US and Canadian operations for a premier Transportation & Distribution client.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for defining the safety strategy and culture across all North American locations.

The Highlights

• Location: Torrance, CA (Relocation assistance available)
• Travel: ~25% (US & Canada)
• Impact: Lead OS function for a major organization across two countries.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of OS leadership experience.
• Proven success in driving organizational culture change.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Professional Certifications preferred.
• Expertise in OSHA; knowledge of Canadian regulations is a plus.
